Kebalilagi provides a Bali Tours & Activities deals portal to book tours, packages, and activities in Bali though www.kebalilagi.com. Users must comply with the Terms of Use established by us during access to and use of this Site. The Service offered to User is subjected to terms, conditions and notice, and Kebalilagi reserves the right to amend or withdraw these Terms without prior notice. Access and use of the www.kebalilagi.com, service, and any content made available through this site, constitutes your agreement to comply with our Terms.

Terms of Sale

You can browse our site www.kebalilagi.com and add any activities you wish to book into the shopping cart. After you are finished with your selection, go to “checkout” and you will be asked to fill in your personal information in order to complete the order. You are advised to check the details and total amount of your order before you proceed to your payment. All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation. By completing your order, you have expressed your agreement in making a purchase according to our Terms. We accept credit card payments and local bank transfer. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International credit card holder will be charged based on your respective credit card company’s policy and conversion rate. Payment will be listed as “kebalilagi” on your credit card statement. After you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us. This is to indicate that we have received your order, but it does not stipulate that a contract exist between us yet. We will send you another confirmation email/e-voucher, which constitute the finalization of your order, and hence a sales contract between us, within the next 24 hours. We have included this term in the case that there is an error in the price or availability of the services that you have booked. In such event, we will contact you with the correct information immediately, and you may have the option to revise your order. Once you received your confirmation email/e-voucher, we strongly suggest you to carefully read the information provided. In the case where you did not receive your confirmation letter/e-voucher, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the date of departure. We are not liable for any problem that may arise out of the failure to receive your confirmation email/e-voucher. Price quotations are subjected to change without notice. Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the product description and all other purchases of personal nature, are not included. You understand and agree to the responsibility of printing out your confirmation email/e-voucher as a proof of purchase and present it to the tour operator on the day of departure. All personal details you provide to us should be true and accurate. Request for modification/amendments must be sent by email to us.

Security of Your Payment

You can enter your credit and debit card details to purchase service on this site in the knowledge that your personal details are secure. We do not keep a record of your card payment details on our servers. Your Visa/Master credit card payment will be processed through MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MiGS). All sensitive information sent between your computer and MiGS system is automatically encrypted with an encryption key length of 168 (the highest standard commercially available) to ensure that your information stays private and confidential. Your personal details will not be hold in clear text on any websites.

Processing Order

We are committed to process and confirm your purchase as quickly as possible. After you have placed your order on our site, we will send an acknowledgement email to the address provided. As our service depends on availability and confirmation, we will send you a final confirmation email within the next 24 hours. In the event where you do not receive emails from us, please contact us immediately.

Proof of Transaction

We strongly encourage cardholders to keep your copy of transaction records in case there is a query later.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

E-vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable (payment non-refundable). The date can be changed once by informed us via email at the latest 72 hours before activity date and based on availability. Duration of change date is 30 days. If a package rate increase for a date change of activity requested will be charged to the traveler

Shipping Policy

All booking confirmations and vouchers are delivered electronically via email.

Promotion Policy

Special discount or promotion program cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or promotion voucher code. Special promotional terms and condition may apply.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We act only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond our control. We can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. We and our suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each activities and tour, to the customers’ enjoyment and advantage. We and our suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any departure in accordance with operation requirements.
